We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities :
- Accurately input reimbursements, invoices, and other financial data into the system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure data integrity.
- Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft tools effectively to support daily operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all data-related tasks.
- Address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
- Identify and resolve minor discrepancies in data or records.
- Adapt to new processes and tools to improve efficiency
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
