As a  Managed Services Solution Architect , you will play a key leadership role in driving the design, development, and implementation of scalable, customer-centric managed services offerings across the Americas. This strategic position blends technical expertise with business acumen to shape Arrow’s service portfolio, accelerate revenue growth, and position Arrow ECS as a market leader in managed services.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to architect innovative solutions that deliver real business value to channel partners and their customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the architectural design and definition of innovative  Managed Services solutions  based on market needs, technology trends, and Arrow’s business objectives.
• Consolidate market and partner feedback to inform service development priorities in collaboration with regional and country leadership teams.
• Define technical and functional requirements, delivery models, and cost estimates for new service initiatives.
• Architect scalable service designs across infrastructure, SaaS, and hybrid environments — ensuring performance, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead technical workshops with key customers and partners, translating requirements into actionable solutions that drive business outcomes and sales opportunities.
• Guide the ongoing development of the  Arrow Xpand  managed services platform, establishing roadmaps for enhancements and integrations.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring delivery quality and partner accountability.
• Collaborate with service development teams to establish delivery models, processes, and platform architecture.
• Support go-to-market strategy by providing sales enablement, training, and technical expertise to internal teams.
• Partner with Service Solution Managers to define value propositions and competitive service pricing strategies.

Fully Remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :

$126,300.00 - $170,000.00 OTE

Actual compensation offer to   candidate   may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be   finalized   at   offer.

US-GA-Georgia (Remote Employees)

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
