Specialty : Urology Start Date : 9 / 22 Details :

• Support Staff : 1 PA, no other MD s, Mas assigned
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
• Patients per day : 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day : 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR : 3 or 4 per day
• EMR : Cerner
• Hospital Bed size : 99
• Robotics : No
• Special Procedures : in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
• Disposable flexible stethoscopes
• Doctor will phone interview Practice Setting :
• Hospital Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
