Vineyard Henderson Memory Care, located in Henderson, NV is seeking a passionate, professional, and customer-oriented Cook to provide an extraordinary dining experience for the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Cook

• Preparation and service of quality meals for all residents including those with special diet needs.
• Follows menu program or an approved substitute menu to ensure that nutritional needs and preferences of the residents are met.
• Ensures plate presentation is attractive and appetizing for the resident population.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events for marketing and activities.
• Continuously monitor and appropriately address resident concerns and preferences.
• Adheres to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
