We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time showroom receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and customer lounge
- Assist customers with their needs and get them where they need to go
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
- Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Schedule :
Monday- Friday 4 : 00-8 : 00 pm Saturday 9 : 00-5 : 00pm
