What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll guide the entire Purchasing Department, ensuring that the materials, products, and services we depend on are delivered with quality, efficiency, and reliability. You’ll be trusted to :

• Develop and refine purchasing policies and procedures that drive success.
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, ensuring quality, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
• Forecast procurement needs, manage inventory levels, and keep our ERP system running smoothly.
• Negotiate contracts and policies that align with both business goals and supplier capabilities.
• Mentor and lead a talented purchasing team—hiring, training, and developing future leaders.
• Analyze market conditions to stay ahead of challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with other leaders to keep production moving forward seamlessly.
