Are you a relationship-builder with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We're seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the key link between our company and high-value clientsensuring seamless service, smart sourcing, and long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Client Partnership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored, proactive solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service execution and issue resolution

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

5+ years of experience in client relationship management, procurement, or operationspreferably in Grocery, Distribution, or Food & Beverage

Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and procurement processes

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
