Job Title - UiPath RPA Developer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development, including hands-on work with UiPath.
• 2-3+ years of experience using the UiPath RPA tool.
• 2+ years of experience supporting automation for healthcare insurance or hospital systems.
• UiPath Certified Professional Certification is required.
• Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath , Blue Prism , or Automation Anywhere .
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python , JavaScript , or .NET .
• Familiarity with business process and workflow orchestration platforms such as Appian or Pega .
• Experience in systems and data integration techniques (e.g., APIs, Kafka, ETL, IPSec VPN Tunnels, VMWare).
• Experience with Facets (healthcare administration tool) is strongly preferred.
• Leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects.
