About the Role

The company is on the lookout for an Associate Vice President of Account Management, focusing on Transactional Fraud Implementations. This vital role will support key account management initiatives, emphasizing data analytics, validation, and comprehensive reporting. You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data, ensuring quality control, and setting up new controls as necessary.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing essential support on various account management projects.
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with requestors to understand and implement new functionalities.
  • Employing a proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.

To excel in this position, you should possess :

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Base SAS.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Fiserv processes.
  • The ability to produce and validate diverse files.
  • A strong understanding of data warehouse tables.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • A background in consumer and commercial lending data, products, and practices.
  • Experience with credit bureau data.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in PC applications.
