We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more.

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to serve as a member of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Crisis Support Home team and is responsible for health and safety of individuals in the Crisis Support Home and coordinate and provide services to those receiving services. The focus of this program is to provide time-limited crisis services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The IDD Crisis Home is used as a measure of last resort for individuals undergoing an acute crisis that presents a substantial risk of imminent harm to self or others. The goal is to stabilize the individual through nursing and behavioral supports, on a time-limited basis

Part time schedules available :

PT 3pm-11pm (2 days a week + alternating weekends)

PT every other weekend 7am-3pm

PT weekend shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd)
