Michigan Licensed Coding Specialist

A company is looking for a Coding Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve complex accounts and educate team members on account resolution workflows

Confirm the accuracy and completeness of coding to ensure compliant claims are sent to payers

Perform quality validation of information and provide continuous education to a multi-disciplinary team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required

Minimum of five (5) years coding experience required

Minimum of five (5) years specialty coding required

Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), CPC, or CCS certification required

Proficient in ICD-10 CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
