Barback

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, fast-moving Barback to support our bartending staff and help keep service running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for restocking, cleaning, prepping garnishes, and assisting with any behind-the-bar tasks to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Restock beer, liquor, wine, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift

Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar

Clean and reset bar stations between shifts

Change kegs, refill ice bins, and empty trash as needed

Assist bartenders with garnishes and prep work

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Occasionally help with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods

Excellent communication and time management skills

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Must be at least 21 years old

Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
