California Licensed Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance who will oversee all financial functions and support growth through accurate reporting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Build and manage site-level P&Ls and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Establish accounting policies and internal controls while optimizing accounting systems and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-location operations

Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting processes

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like QuickBooks Online or NetSuite

Familiarity with KPI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
