Position Title : Associate Attorney (General Trial / First Party)

Location : Saint Petersburg, Florida

Position Overview :

The Associate Attorney position is based in our Saint Petersburg office. As an Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to our clients, and you will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in client communication. The position requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :

• Must have one of the following : JD, Bar exam scheduled for Summer 2025, or already admitted to FL Bar.
• Must have 0-3 years of experience in one of the following areas : Bodily Injury, First Party Litigation, Personal Injury, or Premises Liability
• Ability to manage caseload and litigation staff
• Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
