Job description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in AIEA, Hawaii, United States. This role is part of the telecom industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting all accounts receivable functions, maintaining customer master information, processing new customer credit applications, and managing risk. Responsibilities :

  • Support all accounts receivable functions by processing all transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform monthly accounts receivable closing and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the customer master information.
  • Evaluate and process new customer credit applications, while consistently monitoring ongoing customer credit status to manage risk.
  • Prepare detailed monthly AR Aging Reports for review and tracking of payment status and delinquencies.
  • Reconcile, monitor, and process all accounts receivable transactions diligently and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal and external personnel to promptly resolve issues related to invoices and payments.
  • Utilize accounting software systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for daily tasks and reporting.
  • Perform all billing functions accurately and timely.
  • Process and monitor cash activity and check processing in the accounts receivables system.
