Human Resources Generalist (Milwaukee)

LHH is searching for a PART TIME Human Resource Generalist in the Greater Milwaukee area.

This position will be PART TIME 15-30 hours a week, with the potential to go FULL TIME as business progresses. The part time hours can be broken up based on the candidates needs. Example : 3 days in the office or shorter days 5 days a week, 100% IN OFFICE. This position is DIRECT HIRE, but due to being PART TIME, no benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Oversee and process payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
