This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional phone presence, and successful completion of a Level 2 background check. • Full-Time Availability : You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST.
• Technical Proficiency : You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
• Required Equipment : A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
• Dedicated Workspace : You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Residency : We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
