Job description3 weeks PTO annually + 9 paid holidays (your birthday included!) Drive accountability across leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff. Monitor and review property financials, budgets, and performance reports. Cultivate a positive team culture focused on communication and results. Motivate staff to achieve occupancy, renewal, and resident satisfaction goals. Take initiative in solving challenges and improving daily operations. Retain and apply company procedures and policies consistently. Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required. Proven leadership experience in property management. Strong ability to manage different personalities and team dynamics. Confident in reviewing financials , budgets, and performance metrics. Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven professional. Exceptional communication, organizational, and training skills. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
