Talent Acquisition Intern

Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and campus engagementwithout waiting until summer to get started.

If you are a student local to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, or West Palm Beach and are looking for a part-time opportunity to build your HR and recruiting skills, this is a great role for you!

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with event planning and logistics for career fairs and campus recruiting events.
  • Order supplies and prepare event materials.
  • Attend and support career events, including set-up and breakdown.
  • Help with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruiting functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or event planning is a plus.
