Overview
Zenoti, the industry leader powering more than 25,000 beauty and wellness businesses with vertically focused SaaS software for salons, spas, medspas, and fitness centers, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Fintech Solutions who can run and grow our Fintech Business Unit and play a pivotal role in the company\'s journey to becoming a publicly traded entity.
Position Overview : The Fintech Business Unit at Zenoti is responsible for delivering an elevated payments experience for guests and a hassle-free experience of money movement for owners and finance controllers. We offer a rich set of product capabilities targeted towards payments processing, business-to-business transaction processing, and early wage access scenarios at scale.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead Fintech vertical as a strong revenue and growth engine for Zenoti
- Develop and manage the Fintech partner ecosystem to enhance value and market leadership of Zenoti Fintech product offerings
- Execute go-to-market strategy to attract and sign new customers; work cross-functionally to ensure product launches are successful
P&L and Operations
Own the Fintech P&L and identify avenues to optimize costs and improve profitabilityWork with the team to develop, implement, and manage business processes and systems that optimize functions to meet organizational goalsProvide deep domain expertise to drive programs and initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholdersOversee capabilities of global teams around compliance, regulations, risk and fraud to onboard more businesses onto the Zenoti platformMetrics and Reporting
Define and monitor KPIs specific to the Fintech domainProvide regular reports and insights to the executive team, demonstrating the impact of the Fintech BU on overall business goalsTeam Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead and inspire a high-performing Fintech team focused on client acquisition and retentionFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the BUCollaborate closely with Sales, CX, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategiesSkills and Experiences
8+ years of leadership experience in Payments and Fintech in the North American market, in platform or product companiesDeep Fintech product experience and thought leadershipBusiness acumen and experience in running P&LStrong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to influence othersExperience working with global, distributed teams and 24x7 operationsAbility to create a vision and organization that can scale quicklySeniority level
