Compensation : $110K–$125K base salary + benefits & equity

Seniority Level : Senior Leadership (P.E. Required)

We’re hiring a Client Service Manager to lead a small, high-performing team and expand regional water / wastewater operations in Tennessee.

This firm has been delivering civil infrastructure solutions for over 60 years, with a strong track record in utility design, public health, and environmental protection. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your region’s strategy while being backed by national resources and a collaborative leadership group.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead client relationships and grow regional water and wastewater business
• Oversee planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, and team resources
• Serve as technical lead and QA / QC reviewer on civil design projects
• Present to stakeholders, municipalities, and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and project managers
