Overview

Anthropic is seeking a skilled Product Video Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to produce high-quality educational videos showcasing Claude.ai's features and use-cases for teams. This role will be instrumental in creating compelling visual demonstrations that help organizations understand and effectively adopt Claude's collaborative capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong video production expertise with the ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, engaging visual narratives for business and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling product demonstration videos combining screen recordings and professional voiceover narration

Develop scripts, storyboards, and final video products that effectively communicate product value and implementation strategies

Showcase Claude.ai's team features through clear visual storytelling and real-world use case scenarios

Maintain consistent visual branding and messaging standards across all video deliverables

Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously refine video quality and effectiveness

You may be a good fit if you have :

3+ years of experience creating educational content for SaaS products including script writing, screen recording, and editing

A proven ability to take abstract technical concepts and translate them into actionable and inspiring narratives for individuals at work

Experience with video editing software such as ScreenFlow, Premiere Pro, and Frame.io

Professional voiceover capabilities with clear, engaging delivery suitable for business audiences (or, ability to source and manage similarly engaging 3rd party VO actors)

Strong candidates may also have :

Experience creating product education videos for AI / ML tools or emerging technologies

Background in product marketing, customer success, or customer education

Experience with motion graphics and visual effects for product storytelling (including experience with After Effects)
