Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts between August 18-November 10 at their Corporate Health clinic in Peoria, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 6 : 00am-3 : 30pm, Wednesday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Thursday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 6 : 00am-12 : 00pm. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Autonomous Practice license is preferred. Current shift needs are August 18, 20, & 21, October 3 & 13, & November 10.
