This role will coordinate all project activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements. The Project Manager must be on-site at least % of the time during the engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with PMBOK-based project management processes used for IT initiatives.
Ensure all project deliverables align with IT infrastructure, computing environment, and data security policies.
Collaborate with the Technical Lead to assess project feasibility and technical risks.
Utilize Microsoft Project Server for project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
Maintain strict adherence to the Change Management Process, ensuring all system changes follow formal approval procedures.
Ensure coordination across multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, system architects, and vendors.
Provide periodic status reports detailing work completed, expected deliverables, and issue resolutions.
Monitor contract deliverables, budgets, and workforce stability, ensuring proper onboarding and security clearances for IT personnel.
Ensure the staff comply with IT security protocols, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and HIPAA compliance.
Participate in contract negotiation activities.
Oversee knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle. Skill set info

Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience managing projects within an ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
Familiarity with

o Microsoft SQL Server /

o Windows Server R or later

o Cisco Unified Communications VoIP Products

o Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and compliance with IT security policies.

Experience working with enterprise storage, network security, and cloud-based solutions.

Ability to manage multiple vendors, ensure compliance, and oversee system implementations.

Strong understanding of Change Management, IT Security, and Data Privacy regulations.

Key Technical Expertise :

Networking Expertise – Knowledge of Cisco network security, IDS / IPS, and VPN configurations.

Cloud Computing – Experience with AWS, Azure, and virtualization using VMware vSphere

Database Administration – Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server / and Oracle databases.

Enterprise Security Compliance – Adherence to Change Management, IT Security, and Disaster Recovery standards.

Project Management Tools – Experience using Microsoft Project Server for planning and reporting.

Enterprise Collaboration – Ability to integrate with Microsoft Office , SharePoint Enterprise, and Teams. Education Certifications (if required)

PMP (Project Management Professional) – Mandatory

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification – Preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP for Agile Methodology
