This role will coordinate all project activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements. The Project Manager must be on-site at least % of the time during the engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with PMBOK-based project management processes used for IT initiatives.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with IT infrastructure, computing environment, and data security policies.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to assess project feasibility and technical risks.
- Utilize Microsoft Project Server for project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Change Management Process, ensuring all system changes follow formal approval procedures.
- Ensure coordination across multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, system architects, and vendors.
- Provide periodic status reports detailing work completed, expected deliverables, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor contract deliverables, budgets, and workforce stability, ensuring proper onboarding and security clearances for IT personnel.
- Ensure the staff comply with IT security protocols, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in contract negotiation activities.
