Construction Defect Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join one of our top clients  Construction Defect and General Liability practice group. This position is ideal for a mid-level litigator looking to take the next step in their career with a collaborative, well-established law firm.

Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

2–6 years of defense litigation experience, specifically in Construction Defect

Admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar in California

Strong writing, research, and case management skills

Ability to handle cases independently and work collaboratively within a team
