Thomas Edison Electric, Inc. is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for Commercial Electricians to join our team! We are open to different levels of commercial experience!

What This Role Is All About : You will be responsible for the service and installation of commercial electrical equipment and systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Pay Range : Up To $60 / hour, depending on experience

Hours : Monday through Friday start time of 7 am with 40+ hours depending on needs

You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Develop and present recommendations to customers effectively
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
  • Complete all required documentation records from each appointment
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold the Company's commitment to quality workmanship
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • Journeyman Electrical License, preferred
  • 2+ Years of experience in commercial electrical work
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Must possess your own basic hand tools
  • Knowledge and ability to meet local electrical codes
