If you’re equal parts people-person and spreadsheet superhero, you might just be our next Finance & Accounting Coordinator. What Makes This Role Different This isn’t your average “heads-down” finance accounting role. At Continental Siding, you’ll be : The go-to guide for teammates, product specialist, and even our installers when they need clarity on commissions, pay, or customer deposits. The detail dynamo who ensures numbers line up perfectly—because accuracy matters. The calm in the storm, able to handle interruptions with a smile while still keeping your deadlines in check. The “hostess with the mostess”—making people feel heard, supported, and confident in the process. What You’ll Do Keep commissions, bonuses, and 1099 payments moving with speed and precision. Balance accuracy and urgency—because sometimes “I need it now” really does mean now. Work across departments (Sales, HR, Project Management, Accounting) to solve problems and keep processes smooth. Record and reconcile customer payments with an eagle eye for detail. Support audits, accruals, and process improvements that make our financial engine run smarter. What We’re Looking For Experience : 3+ years in accounting, finance operations, AP / AR, or payroll. (NetSuite experience? Big plus!) Personality : Social, approachable, and quick to build trust. You enjoy helping people and explaining financial details in a way they actually understand. Skillset : High accuracy with numbers, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Languages : Strong communication skills required. Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required, especially when working with installers. Mindset : Organized but flexible. Detailed but approachable. Someone who sees interruptions as part of the flow—not a roadblock. Hours : Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Pay Range : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Qualifications : EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE— 3+ years in accounting, AP / AR, payroll, or finance operations. Experience working with 1099 contractors and handling time-sensitive payments. LANGUAGE SKILLS— Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus due to installer population. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS— High accuracy in handling financial transactions, ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to interpret financial data. REASONING ABILITY— Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables in time-sensitive situations. COMPUTER SKILLS— Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard office software.
