We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join our growing team. This role offers competitive pay, mentorship, and opportunities to specialize in PROMPT, AAC, Feeding, and bilingual services.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Provide therapy services to children with communication disorders and delays
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers
Document progress and adjust therapy as needed
Maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or CF eligibility)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF candidacy
Certificate for Teaching Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and child-centered care
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range : $60–$80 per hour (based on experience and specialty services)
