Join a leading provider of sustainable HVAC / R solutions, committed to reducing greenhouse emissions and promoting energy efficiency. Seeking a dynamic leader to drive growth and programs through hands-on operations, sales, and team management.

  • Anticipate $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus performance-based commission

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and mentor a small team of technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, performance, and quality standards.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities, including in-person visits, follow-ups, and converting prospects to full-service clients.
  • Perform on-site refrigerant recoveries using specialized equipment, adhering to EPA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist with cylinder exchanges and operational support as needed.
  • Track activities in CRM, collaborate with internal teams on billing and follow-up, and report on recovery volumes and customer feedback.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in HVAC, refrigerant recovery, or environmental services.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Experience managing field or technical staff preferred.
  • Comfortable with physical labor, operating recovery machines, and handling cylinders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, digital work orders, and mobile apps.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel within the NYC metro area.
