Job description
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle (review, negotiation, execution, compliance).
  • Handle a high volume of contracts, prequalification forms, insurance, and bond documents.
  • Work with project managers, sales teams, and GCs to review terms and negotiate (especially $30K+ projects).
  • Oversee bid prequalification packets, review estimates, and coordinate insurance, bonds, and licenses.
  • Use GC systems / portals (DocuSign, prequalification software, etc.) to submit and track documentation.
  • Identify risks, ensure compliance, and manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
