  • Float Requirements : Will float as needed to other areas and care for patients within scope, can float in 4 hour blocks and will float before staff RNs

    • Job Requirements

  • Required Certifications : WI RN License and BLS
  • Chemo certification is required
  • Minimum Experience : 2+ years, with 1 year on MSO Unit preferred
  • Oncology experience required
  • Charting Experience : Epic preferred or previous electronic charting experience

    • Schedule Information

  • Shift Requirements : 12hr nights 7p-730a
  • Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday
  • Float Requirements : Will float as needed to other areas and care for patients within scope, can float in 4 hour blocks

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Patient ratio ranges from 4 : 1 or 5 : 1 on Days and PMs. Night shift is normally 5 : 1 but can get up to 7 : 1 (not common). Night shift will always have techs on. C.NAs are scheduled all shifts but may staff more RNs when C.NA not available.

    • Additional Details

  • Radius Rule : Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
  • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
