Description
This is a general labor position performed in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions
- Load and unload raw materials and finished product Accurately complete reports and paperwork as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Creating and maintaining a safe work environment for self and others. Cross training when needed or required.
- Willingness and ability to work other positions when needed.
- Effectively communicate with management, prior shift, staff and others on a daily, weekly and / or as need basis. Requires material be moved from one position / location to another in an effort to produce a finished quality product. Muscular, cardiovascular and upper / lower body manipulation is used to move the product through a process.
- Responsible for checking, recognizing, reporting and correcting the quality of product

High School Diploma or GED.Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with co-workers.Ability to utilize available lime to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
