Position Summary :
We are looking for a Market & Data Intelligence Manager (LATAM) who will play a key role in analyzing market and consumer trends to inform strategy and pricing decisions in the LATAM Market. In this role you will :
Study consumer and retail trends
Provide pricing and competitor insights
Compare and consolidate market data by country
We’re looking for someone who :

Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms)
Generate reports on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
Deliver insights and recommendations to marketing and sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with market realities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends
Identify market opportunities and threats through data-driven research
Develop and present strategic insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for ongoing intelligence
Lead market segmentation and customer profiling efforts
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, analytics, or strategic planning
Knowledge and the understanding of the FMCG / CPG industry.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, web analytics), Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's or master’s in marketing, Business, Economics, or related
Knowledge of Latin America market as well as Caribbean is a huge differential point
The base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
