UGC & Influencer Content Lead

A company is looking for a UGC Coordinator (Remote in USA).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a creator pipeline of up to 100+ creators and customers, overseeing content from pitch to publish

Recruit and sign talent including vets, vet techs, and content creators

Develop engaging content and optimize based on feedback and data

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing influencer or UGC pipelines for a DTC brand or agency

A roster of trusted creators / influencers and a desire to expand it

Knowledge of effective content strategies and trends in pet care and wellness

Experience working with professional talent such as vets and vet techs

Strong organizational skills and experience with tools like Airtable or Sheets
