About the Role
We’re currently seeking a skilled Mammography Technician – Full-time to join our growing practice and help us continue providing exceptional breast imaging services.
Position Overview
As a Mammography Technician in our private practice, you’ll play a key role in early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. You’ll work closely with radiologists and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and accurate imaging results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, boutique setting and values patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Must be a team player and follow established departmental procedures
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms using state-of-the-art equipment
- Provide personalized care and clear communication to patients, ensuring comfort and trust throughout the procedure
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, HIPAA, OSHA and radiation safety protocols
- Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with quality assurance procedures
- Accurately document patient information and imaging data in our RIS and PACS systems
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely and accurate interpretation of images
- Assist with scheduling, patient prep, and follow-up coordination as needed
Qualifications
Eight-hour class in 3D mammographyCurrent ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and MammographyValid California Radiologic Technologist & Mammography licensesMinimum 1 year of diagnostic experience in mammographyStrong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanorFamiliarity with digital mammography and PACS systemsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environmentWhy Join Us?
