New position early to mid 2026- Richmond, VA -

• Normal weekday hours M-F, 9-5
• 8-10 patients per day
• 30 / 60 / 90 min appointments
• panel limited to 450 patients
• Relational care focus
• Dedicated nurse
• Private office
• Two dedicated exam rooms
• No Vacation call, Shared weekend call, Once a quarter on call rotation
• Phlebotomists on premises, some IV therapy on premises
• Back office support
• Hospital Privs but not inpatient
• 1 / 2 days admin, 4 1 / 2 patient facing
• 7 paid holidays annually
• 3 float holidays annually
• 4 weeks PTO annually with unlimited rollover
• $3,250 CME annual allowance
