The desert’s newest upscale Resort & Spa is seeking talented guest services specialists.

AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS is an exciting and unique resort oasis located in the Miracle Hill area of Desert Hot Springs, California, located in the Greater Palm Springs area. We offer 40 guest accommodations, a full service spa, the largest mineral water pool in So Cal, a healthy café and…a natural hot spring oasis!

This is a special property and we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to provide exceptional service to our guests who come to rejuvenate their mind, body and soul. The ideal candidates will naturally love helping people and thrive on learning.

Responsibilities

This position Requires a balance of strong leadership, with likability amongst staff. Understanding how to work under pressure while maintaining positivity throughout the kitchen.

Responsibilities are below, but not limited to :

• Controlling food and labor costs
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process
• Keeping consistency with food quality and taste
• Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
• Managing and working closely with Cooks.
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
• Job Type : Full-time
