Job Description

Duration - 1+ Year

Shift - 6 AM to 2 PM (Morning Shift)

This position requires a self-directed person interested in working in the Purchasing and Maintenance area.

They must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks. This person must be computer literate and capable of completing a variety of tasks.

Duties include :

  • Type purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Record keeping and inventory for purchased parts.
  • Maintain office supplies for plant
  • Send out tools for repair.
  • Verifying non-production parts inventory
  • Assist with reconciling Procurement Card purchases
  • Help research vendors and update supplier database
  • Contact sub-suppliers for purchased services
  • Data entry for Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Generate Preventative Maintenance Reports

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Proficient in the use of computers to include Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to work daily or weekend overtime as needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Products preferred.
