Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in a large OR environment. High School Diploma or GED. Completion of a surgical technician program. BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent). CST – NBSTSA.
Title : Surgical Technician – Operating Room
Location : Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106
Shift : Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 06 : 30 AM – 07 : 00 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
Duration : 13-Weeks Contract
Pay Range : $46 per hour.
Gross : $1,656.00 / Weekly
Job Description :
- Prepare and manage sterile instruments, trays, and equipment; perform counts and document accurately.
- Assist surgeons with patient positioning, skin prep, monitoring, and specimen handling.
- Follow aseptic techniques, safety protocols, and stay current on surgical procedures and medications.
