Job Summary

We are seeking a patient-centered and team-oriented Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a growing Skilled Nursing Facility in California. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Mentorship is available for candidates with limited SNF experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility standards
• Utilize Net Health EMR for all clinical documentation
• Float to a nearby sister facility as needed

Requirements

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• SNF experience preferred (mentorship available if experience is limited)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused mindset

Additional Details

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Contract assignment
• Minimum experience: Less than 1 year accepted
• Holiday coverage not required
