Lead Restoration Technician
Lead and supervise mitigation crews on-site to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire / smoke damage cleanup, and other mitigation tasks. Conduct moisture readings, environmental testing, and damage assessments. Document job progress using company software and ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC). Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and PPE. Train and mentor junior technicians. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Experience in construction, carpentry, and restoration.Ability to conduct water, fire, and mold mitigation.Proficiency in using hand and power tools for demolition and haul away.Project management skills to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software.Strong observational skills to identify hidden damage and ensure thorough documentation.Professional demeanor and effective communication skills with clients.Experience training, mentoring, and motivating team members.Quick thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.Understanding of OSHA, EPA, and IICRC standards.Efficient time management and logistical coordination.Capable of working in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions.Skilled in maintaining accurate job records and customer communications.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00 / hr.
