Now Hiring : RN Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily documentation of resident care, status, and changes in condition accurately and completely in compliance with facility policy and regulations.

Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs (Medication Administration Records) and ensure timely and accurate implementation.

Notify pharmacy of new or changes to orders promptly.

Prepare and safely administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.

Monitor and assess residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any significant changes to the Director of Nursing and physician.

Supervise CNAs and LPNs on the assigned unit and ensure high standards of care are maintained.

Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.

Qualifications :

Must hold an unencumbered & active license as a RN Registered Nurse within the state of Wisconsin.

Current CPR certification is preferred.

Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
