Operational Management Of Projects
Provide operational management of projects which includes developing schedules and budgets and managing expenditures and project execution. Serve as primary customer contact. Identify staffing and other resources required for each project. Oversees, approves, and responsible for the creation of responses to RFQ's, additional changes in contract / program scope, and / or any and all customer or internal changes that affect program goals / metrics (i.e. cost, gross margin, schedule(s)). Provide coordination of reviews and requests as well as contract negotiation. Ensure projects are in compliance with customer and government standards and requirements, as applicable. Oversee day-to-day activities and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies. Interface directly with all internal department leads, outside suppliers / vendors and especially the customer regarding all facets of program control, management, and reporting. Generate and provide all required reporting.
