As a Sr Product Support Engineer, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. Your technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error / defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command / control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber. Qualifications You Must Have :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 10 or more years of related experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Progressive hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
• Communication and customer interface skills
• Comprehensive understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Qualifications We Prefer :
• Experience with rotary wing avionics and aircraft maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
• Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
• Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
• Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
