About the role

As a Weekend Therapist at The Edge Treatment Center, you will play a pivotal role in our therapeutic environment, contributing to our clients" growth and well-being. We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive community-focused environment.

We are an excellent fit for a remote or private practice Therapist that is looking for supplementary work that is fun, in a group setting, and off of the computer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct therapy sessions for clients individually and in group settings, facilitating positive changes in their lives.
• Attend and actively participate in all weekend activities planned by the Weekend Activities team, ranging from cultural outings to physical activities and AA meetings.
• Monitor and track clients" progress and growth throughout the program, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting by Monday deadlines.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.
