Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Palantir Consultant for a Direct Hire job opportunity supporting the Department of Defense. This is an onsite position located in the Washington DC area, offering hybrid scheduling flexibility. The selected Palantir Consultant will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions to solve complex challenges for the United States Air Force. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and systems integration to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that drive mission success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in transforming vast datasets into actionable insights, utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and advanced analytics to support autonomous systems and enterprise-level decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architectures, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Implement MBSE methodologies to support the planning, design, and verification of complex systems, capturing key elements such as requirements decomposition and risk management.
• Perform data integration, transformation, and modeling to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making for mission-critical applications.
• Optimize Palantir tools and workflows for performance, scalability, and compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide training, support, and best practices to clients and teams, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Palantir platforms.
• Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of Palantir-based systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Compensation :
