License : Must have license in hand

Must-Have : Recent Home Health experience

Description :

Home visits required for therapy services.

Periodic office meetings for coordination.

Reliable transportation is necessary.

Current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance are mandatory.

Average number of patients per day is 5-6.

Traveling contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients daily.

Points system in place; each type of visit and activity (such as documentation and travel) holds a different point value.

Contractor should expect to earn roughly 30 points per week.

Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Up visits.

Weekend requirements will vary per location and profession; discussions should occur during the interview.

Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic for patient visits.

Mileage is reimbursed at IRS standard rates.

Compensation includes travel from one patient home to another.

Commute to the first and last patient is not billable.

Local applicants are accepted.

Pending licenses are not accepted unless it will only take a few days to obtain.

Confirm that the clinician is aware this is a home health assignment, which requires driving to patient homes daily.

Clinician must have a vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance.

The mileage radius for this position is between 50-75 miles; longer drives between patients may occur.

All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments.

Delayed and incomplete documentation can lead to cancellations.

There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.

Clinician must meet weekly productivity expectations.

Candidates must be open to floating to nearby clinics if patient census is low.
