About Us:
Our mission is to provide high quality ABA, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in underserved Indiana communities. We strive to be a resource for local families and schools, providing training about autism and ABA therapy, diagnosing physicians, and autism advocacy groups. In addition to supporting our clients, families, and community members, we are committed to providing a safe, rewarding, and enjoyable employee experience, as none of this is possible without a talented, dedicated, and motivated team of clinicians.
About the Role:
We are looking for a part time occupational therapist to serve our Fort Wayne location, with the potential for this to grow into a full time role. This clinic based position involves conducting initial evaluations and assessments, intervention/treatment sessions, regular re-assessments to outline progress or continued areas of focus, and discharge planning across both locations. The occupational therapist will be responsible for communicating regularly with each child's family and BCBA to outline progress, provide suggestions for carryover and practice outside of the clinic setting, and/or discuss potential changes to the treatment plan. The therapist's caseload would primarily be made up of current ABA therapy clients, but there is potential for additional outpatient clients as well.
