Key Responsibilities

Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and effectively resolve claims

Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while documenting claim activity efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 3 years related claims experience

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software

Appropriate licensing and / or certification in all states in which claims are being handled
