Job Description
Greet customers and take orders over the phone and in person
Prepare and make pizzas according to customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the ordering and pickup process
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Quick learner with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
